A little about me…

Hi, I’m Sofia. I’m a mother, a birth and postpartum doula, and a devoted teacher of prenatal and postnatal yoga. This path opened to me through the tender and awe-filled experience of carrying and birthing my daughter, Luna. At the time, I felt unprepared—searching for guidance, for community, for a sense of steadiness. That search became a turning point, awakening a deep calling to support others as they cross the threshold into parenthood.

I believe pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are not just physical experiences, but deeply human ones—marked by transformation, vulnerability, and profound love. They invite us to soften, to listen inward, and to let go of who we thought we were. And while this unfolding is powerful, it can also be disorienting. No one should walk it alone.

My intention is to offer a kind, steady presence along the way. Through yoga, mindfulness, and embodied support, I help parents feel more at home in their bodies and more connected to their inner wisdom. My classes and doula work create space for whatever is true in the moment—ease or intensity, joy or fear—always with compassion.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching since 2019, guided by a deep commitment to live what I teach. I completed my 300-hour training with Hannah Muse in 2024, and her teachings helped root my practice more deeply in devotion, presence, and reverence for life as it is.

As someone who has lived in a pregnant and postpartum body, I bring personal understanding to my work. I know what it felt like in my body—how much changed, how much opened. And I also know that my experience is not everyone’s. I hold space for the full range of stories, identities, and truths. My role is not to guide from a place of certainty, but to walk beside you with humility, curiosity, and care.

This work is my heart’s offering: a healing space that honors your wholeness and invites you to trust the wisdom already within you.
