Birth Services

As your birth doula, I offer grounded, compassionate support through pregnancy and birth. Trained through The Circle Family Center and drawing from my experience as a longtime yoga teacher and mother, I help you connect with your body, trust your instincts, and approach birth with clarity and confidence.

In our prenatal visits, we’ll explore breath, movement, and mindfulness tools to prepare for labor. We’ll talk through your birth preferences so you feel informed and empowered—and I’ll make sure your choices are heard and respected throughout the process.

During labor, I’ll be by your side offering physical support, comfort techniques, and emotional presence. If you have a partner, I’ll support them too, helping them feel grounded and connected.

My role is to hold space, help you stay present, and support you in birthing from your own power—on your terms.

Postpartum services

The early postpartum period is a powerful and tender time. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to support your healing, ease your transition, and help you feel held—physically, emotionally, and practically.

I’ll come to your home to offer grounded, nonjudgmental care based on your unique needs. Whether you need someone to hold space while you process your birth, support with infant care, help establishing rhythms, or simply time to rest while I tend to the small things—I’m here for you.

My presence is gentle and steady, always guided by what feels most nourishing to you in the moment. Together, we’ll create space for you to slow down, feel supported, and begin this next chapter with more ease and confidence.

Mindfulness Mentorship

Grow your mindfulness practice with me. Mindfulness reconnects you with your body, helping you find ease and a sense of home within it. This is essential at every stage of life, as it allows you to befriend yourself and build resilience to navigate change.

During pregnancy, mindfulness helps you embrace your ever-changing body, allowing you to love and accept it no matter what changes arise. It supports you in connecting to the inner peace and wisdom that often gets overlooked, relieving stress about the unknown and grounding you in the present moment.

When it comes to birthing, mindfulness can ease pain by helping you relax and breaking the cycle of fear, tension, and pain. It will ground you in your body’s natural wisdom—reminding you that generations of birthing bodies have come before you, and that same wisdom is within you. Lean into it, and let your body remember how to birth.

As a parent, mindfulness helps you show up with clarity and presence. Though the journey can be challenging, mindfulness makes a profound difference by keeping you grounded in what truly matters, allowing you to respond from a place of calm and awareness.

There are endless benefits to mindfulness! As a mentor, I’ll guide you through one-hour sessions, introducing tools and practices that are simple to integrate into your everyday life.
